My account is compromised

An account that has been accessed by someone who isn’t authorised to use it is considered compromised (or “hacked”). If you think your account has been compromised by an unauthorized user, please…

1. Change your password to regain control of your account. You can request a password reset link sent by SMS or email, if you need one.
2. Make sure the correct email address and mobile number are associated with your account in Bicep Settings.

Is there any penalty for changing job times?

Only if the adjustment is necessary outside of normal work hours, in which case it incurs a rate of $100 per hour plus GST.

Is there a penalty for cancelling a job?

There is a penalty only if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the job start time. In such cases, the charge is equivalent to 4 hours or 75% of the expected shift length, whichever is greater.

Can I settle payment using a Credit Card?

Yes, when you have received our invoice by email, you can click the link and there is an option to pay with a Credit Card via Stripe.

When will they need to pay a deposit and how much?

We require a 50% deposit for all quotes valued $10,000 or greater.
